Swans at At. Ives, Cornwall
71 x 90 cms £11,000 (temporary image) | This large and impressive view of Swans at St. Ives was painted by
Joan for one of her first exhibitions held in Windsor. It was purchased
by her brother (Dr. Gilbert Scott) for his doctors surgery, probably without Joan's
knowledge.
This is therefore one of her earliest large works.
