Wren Gallery
has been established for over twenty  years in Burford, Oxfordshire. We have four large showrooms on the High Street enabling us to permanently display the work of a wide variety of artists. In addition we feature work by a number of ceramicists and glass makers.

We specialise in Contemporary British and Irish Art and hold four major mixed exhibitions each year to showcase the work of our Gallery Artists.  Our prestigious list of artists includes a number of Scotland's leading contemporary painters whom we have represented for many years.  In addition to the mixed shows we hold a number of solo exhibitions throughout the year.  All our exhibitions are accompanied by a fully illustrated catalogue.  During the year many extra works by our most popular artists appear on the website but if you have a favourite do lets us know so that we can keep you informed of new works.

We have a strong tradition of exhibiting Cornish Art, past and present. We have handled the work of the much loved Cornish Naïve artist, Joan Gillchrest, for more than 20 years, and usually have a number of her works in stock.

This website allows us to offer all our clients at home and abroad, an opportunity to buy directly from the website or request further information on a particular work or artist.

Please take a few minutes to browse and enjoy what we have to offer. We would love to see you in Burford, but if that is not possible, we will always make every effort to let you see works at home.

We ship purchased works for free so don't let your location get in the way if you fall in love with a picture!

Please note we do not sell and will not ship to the following countries under any circumstances:-
